in "Pilot," he says he is 26. That means he has had a birthday,
but they haven't mentioned it.
1x15: In spite of the height mistake, the database lists
Dean as being born January 24, 1979, died on March 6, 2006, and has brown
hair and green eyes.
This is the first episode where Dean and Sam don't drive off in their
car. Instead they walk.
The statement of Dean's "death" was a reference to the episode
"Skin" in which a shapeshifter died and was buried while in
Dean's form.

2x03: In the beginning, when the Impala is reintroduced
in its spiffy new form, the song, "Back in Black" by AC/DC is

original Impala in the pilot episode after the brothers are reunited.
2x07: This is the first episode where Dean does not
refer to Sam as Sammy.
2x11: When Susan gives Dean's credit card back, she

Dean looks at in the magazine at the end. El Sol was the beer the fantasy
Carmen offered him earlier.
There are several 'goofs" that occur in Dean's new life which may
be Goofs, or may be his subconscious efforts to indicate something is
wrong. They include
1) The Winchester's house has the numbers reversed from those seen in
"Home": they are 1481 here, but 1841 in "Home";
2) When Dean watches the TV in the middle of the night the KJLT timestamp
says it's 9 a.m. central;
3) the newspaper headline about the one-year anniversary of the airplane
crash says its December 5, 2005, but Dean is seen earlier mowing the yard;
and
4) the lawnmower Dean uses to mow the lawn has no blades.
5) When Dean wakes up in his mother’s house we get to see photography
of their family. Young Dean in the photography does not look anything
like the kid that played him in other episodes.
In Dean's fantasy, the Impala has a new Kansas license plate number:
RMD 5H2
Dean's address in his fantasy is #53 Barker Ave, Lawrence, KS, 66044.
During Dean's fantasy, he is wearing a silver necklace, rather than the
amulet he normally wears.
2x22: Dean said "We've got work to do" as
he closed the trunk of the Impala. Sam said the same thing as he shut
the Impala's trunk at the end of the pilot episode. Not to mention that,
in the pilot episode, Sam was standing on the left and Dean was standing
on the right (and Sam was the one who dropped the gun into the trunk and
closed it); in the season finale of this season, the brothers were standing
on opposite sides and Dean was the one who dropped the gun into the trunk
and closed it.
