Spoilers to wet the appetite of the hungry Supernatural fan during the long holiday hiatus.
Spoilers appear to be trickling in from various sources such as Ausiello and E!Online among other random sources.
Superntaural fans have begun to refer to the long hiatus as Hellatus and with the original return date changed from January 14 to January 21 the wait seems so far away that the term Hellatus is very justified. However, all is not lost as spoilers begin to come out to let fans/viewers know a little of what is coming for them once Season 5 returns on January 21, 2010 at 9 PM (EST).
Supernatural will be treating fans with a horrifying episode that explores the nature of love and desire just in time for Valentine’s Day. Not much has been revealed about the episode back then except for the fact that it’s entitled “My Bloody Valentine.” Recently, however, more details have surfaced.
It’s going to take some time before Sam and Dean return to our TV screens and I’m sure we’re all going to suffer from severe Supernatural withdrawal. Luckily, executive producer Sera Gamble has shared some teasers to get us through the cold dark holiday season.
Time flies when you’re battling demons and preventing apocalypses and stuff. Case in point: Supernatural will celebrate its milestone 100th episode this spring with an hour that focuses largely on Dean (Jensen Ackles).
“We’re aiming for it to be a big mythology episode,” reveals Supernatural boss Eric Kripke, adding that, “The Archangel Michael plays a very large part as we explore his relationship with Dean.”
But what form will Arch Mike take? The comments section is currently accepting your predictions…
Can you believe we have to wait almost two months for a new episode of Supernatural, especially after yesterday’s heartbreaker “Abandon All Hope”? The wait is going to be positively gruesome, but to keep, well, hope alive during the holidays, we gathered up the answers some of your burning SPN fan Q’s.
So what’s the biggest question of all right now in the Supernatural-verse? For our money it’s this: Why is God so darn laissez-faire in his approach to the Apocalypse? The Winchesters could really use a hand mopping up all the fire and brimstone that’s raining down on Earth right now! Come on, big man! Show your face!
So, will there be a deus ex machina in season five of Supernatural? Here’s what we’re hearing:
An extremely brutal and dark episode ending the fall finale in superb fashion
Wow, what a brutal episode of SUPERNATURAL.
I don’t think we’ve seen an episode like “Abandon All Hope” in quite a long time: Just completely devastating and dark from start to finish.
And what a perfect title, as hope certainly seems as if it is dwindling as friends are lost, the Angel of Death returns to Earth, an entire town is wiped off the face of the planet and Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino) promising that Sam (Jared Padalecki) will accept his offer to be his vessel in six months.
It is a lot to digest given what we just saw but let’s try to break it down.
