A former hunter named Martin, who is currently institutionalized, calls Sam and Dean for help investigating a case in the mental hospital. The brothers get themselves admitted as patients to check out the mysterious monster that is attacking the patients, but their incarceration pushes both to the breaking point as they unleash their inner demons against each other.

Good God, Y'all
A teenage nerd conjures up a spell to swap bodies with Sam. After the
switch, the boy investigates a case with an unwitting Dean and enjoys
the perks of being good-looking and older. Meanwhile, Sam is stuck in
the kid's body and deals with intrusive parents and high school.
I think that Michael has to take the form of a human in order for Dean to see him and get where he’s coming from. He might even take the form of Dean in some point just as Lucifer did with Sam. I think that’d be so cool!
i don’t think Michael should take any form if Dean doesn’t say “yes”. We are talking about the right hand of God and according to the show the only Archangel who remain true to God and hasn’t gone crazy.
Still since the episode would be all about myths and magic Micheal could appear as a very bright star with a voice that only Dean can hear.
The Bible says that Micheal is the angel closer to God and responable of guiding people.
Maybe that star would guide Dean to his truth.
